Our French visa services provide a tailored service for each applicant and their particular situation. We guide clients through the visa procedure; ensuring that each applicant is fully informed and feels confident of the outcome.

At FrenchVisas all our staff are fully bi-lingual with degree level education and double nationality (French and British), with specialist knowledge of French bureaucratic procedures gained by over three decades of administrative experience in France, pre and post Brexit.

Our French visa service includes :

– a preliminary consultation to consider the applicant’s options (up to 45 minutes),

–  a written document outlining options may be provided if required, for example, for corporate clients or for clients applying for a job abroad,

– once the applicant has made their choice, a quote and terms and conditions of service are provided,

– on acceptance of the quote, FrenchVisas will provide you with a list of documents and information to be provided for the application, a schedule and a list of costs for other parties involved in the process,

In the case where an applicant may encounter difficulty obtaining a document on the French side or the applicant needs further support due to unforeseen circumstances or doesn’t know which document they need, FrenchVisas is happy to assist at no extra cost so that the application is successful in the most time efficient way.

Besides providing advice on the choice of visa and documents, FrenchVisas makes the applicant’s appointment with the visa office or consulate, takes care of the visa form and is happy to peruse all your documents to make sure that they conform to requirements. A personalised document list is provided by email so that the applicant knows exactly what they have to provide for their appointment.

French visa services phone and email support

FrenchVisas also provides telephone and email support should an applicant have questions during the procedure.  Many clients are making big life changes and organising moves and house sales during their visa application.  FrenchVisas tries to make the procedure as stress free for the applicant as possible, so that they can concentrate on the other parts of their move, keeping the applicant informed every step of the way.

Since many moves abroad are based on unknown facts at the time of first contact (moving dates, house sales, other parties involved who have their own time constraints, …) FrenchVisas is prepared to discuss accommodating their clients’ individual needs in detail when preparing the contract between them so as to be able to anticipate likely outcomes.

FrenchVisas also offers, due to their extensive experience with French bureaucracy, a range of other immigration services such as visa validation, carte de séjour requests and renewals.

Non-immigration services such as registration for work, driving licence exchange, car registration, customs problems can also be provided by our sister company France Expat Assistance (FEPA.fr). FEPA also offers support services for people buying houses, such as re-reading pre-sale documents (compromis de vente or promesse de vente), liaising with notaires and estate agents, organising diagnostics and septic tank inspections, and setting up utility accounts.

FrenchVisas has an extensive network of trusted service providers in the fields of private health care insurance, financial planning, currency exchange, tax advice and rentals for incoming expats.  We are happy to put you in touch with these service providers on a non-contractual basis.
